At Alpha Rise Sports, we are committed to delivering your fitness equipment safely and efficiently. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping, which takes 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation to arrive at your destination.

Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Processing time typically takes 1-2 business days before shipment.

We offer affordable flat-rate shipping at just $9.99 for all orders to USA and Canada.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's tracking system to monitor its progress and estimated delivery date.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Orders to Canada may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

7. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • Items must not show signs of wear, assembly, or installation

Note: Sale items and clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

8. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@alpharisesports.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method.

Important: Returns sent without a Return Authorization number may not be processed.

9. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Wrong Item Sent: We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite the correct item.

10. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

11. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing.

12. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@alpharisesports.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
